Privacy Statement
All information given to me as a therapist by you as a client will be kept strictly confidential.
I will not share this information with a third party without written permission from you the client e.g. discussing personal medical information with your GP.
All records and case notes will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
