Stop Smoking and Hypnotherapy

“It’s easy to give up smoking” you hear them say “I’ve done it hundreds of times!”
Many find it difficult or seemingly impossible for them to give up smoking. Many feel it is because they are weak or lack the will power needed - why bother because they will fail anyway.
Stopping smoking has both the physical aspect of dependency and also the added psychological aspects that will still be there even after the physical addiction is dealt with. Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances we are likely to come across and although the nicotine can be out of our systems within a few days it is by no means easy to stop craving cigarettes. This is why physically the first few days or so of quitting are the most difficult. The physical cravings will get less and less over time and then finially disappear.
