Sarah Marley

My name is Sarah Marley and I am a fully qualified and experienced complementary therapist.

I am passionate about my work, continuing to study related topics to an advanced level and keeping up to date with training within the profession. I have recently expanded my portfolio to include Past Life Regression, Colour Therapy and Spirit Releasement Therapy.

I became interested in complimentary therapies seven years ago when I started to train as a Reflexologist. Since then I have completed and passed courses in:

  • Aromatherapy
  • Reiki I II III Master/Teacher
  • Crystal Healing – ACHO/VTCT
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Metamorphic technique
  • Emotrance/Emotional Freedom Technique
  • Hopi Ear Candling
  • Depilation
  • Regression Therapy (past and present)/Spirit Releasement
  • Hypnotherapy

I have also studied counselling concepts and completed and passed my teaching qualifications up to and including Stage 2.

I belong to several professional organisations:

  • Member of FHT (federation of holistic therapists) www.fht.org.uk
  • Member of Regression Academy www.regressionacademy.com
  • Member of ACHO www.crystal-healing.org
  • Member of EARTh (European Academy of Regression Therapy) www.earth-network.org

Over the course of my training I have found that certain therapies can have a pronounced and profound effect on the client on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I have also discovered that particular therapies work well in concert with each other amplifying the effects of each. The areas I refer to include the therapies of Hypnotherapy, Crystal Therapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, Spirit Releasment, Crystal Therapy and Reiki.

I started my regression training after having a session myself. I found that the healing was so deep and profound, that for the first time healing touched my soul and from there on I have gained huge amounts of understanding about myself and my life on earth. I have been able to make sense of the bit inside of me that was so full of pain, loneliness and grief. I now feel so much more at peace with myself, others and the world around me. I understand that it is OK not to be OK and to love and accept the person that I am.

I believe that we are all individuals with our own paths and meet with different challenges through out our lives. These can be anything from the most wonderful experience to the most difficult and that if we can embrace them all and learn from them then our strength grows. We can become more empathic to people who have had similar experiences to us, use our own experiences to help others and most importantly turn each challenge into some thing positive. This can encourage us and gives us the resources to pull from as we go on with life. My life has been hard and at times I have wanted to give up but now I look at myself and know that those challenges made me what I am today and have given me the ability to understand how other people are feeling enabling me to help them.

I use these healing principles in my therapies:

  • To do my best for my client's highest good
  • To be a facilitator for healing providing a safe and comfortable space for my clients
  • To use my intuition and to encourage my clients to listen to theirs
  • To listen to what is being said and also to what is not being said out loud
  • To respect my own beliefs and those of other people
  • To maintain confidentiality
  • To care enough to want to make a difference to someone’s life
